Booking & Payment

• All classes must be booked in advance.
• Payment is required to secure your place.
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Missed Classes
‍
• If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and non transferable , including those missed due to illness, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Where possible, First Touch may offer a catch-up class or credit you if we manage to fill your cancellation at last minute , but this is at our discretion.

Illness & Wellbeing
‍
• Please do not attend classes if you or your child are unwell, have a contagious illness, or have had a fever, vomiting, or diarrhoea within the last 48 hours.
• For baby massage, babies should not attend if they have infections, skin conditions, or medical concerns unless approved by a healthcare professional.

Parental Responsibility
‍
• Parents/carers remain responsible for their child at all times during the class.
• Baby massage and yoga classes are gentle, supportive sessions and participation is always optional—please follow your baby’s or child’s cues.
‍
Health & Medical Conditions
‍
• It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, additional needs, or injuries relating to you or your child before the class.
• First Touch cannot accept liability for injuries that occur as a result of undisclosed conditions or not following guidance given during sessions.

Class Changes
‍
• First Touch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary (e.g. due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances).
• In such cases, an alternative date, credit, or refund will be offered.

Photography & Privacy
‍
• Photos or videos may only be taken with permission and must not include other children or families without their consent.
• Personal information is handled in line with data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties.
